Bricks Are More Than Just Fun
Gregorsky BrickWorld is a space where creativity meets education, development, and real-world experience. The company was founded in Norway in 2022, immediately after participating in the LEGO Masters Norge program, where I won the gold brick and reached the finals. Since 2026, I have been gradually expanding my collaborations in Poland.
My goal is to develop imagination, logical thinking, communication, and collaboration. For me, bricks are a tool that brings people together, supports development, and allows for tangible results – educational, relational, and business.
Building Way More Than Constructions
LEGO bricks are an excellent connection with a child. By building together, searching for pieces, and participating in their project, we create trust and closeness that lasts for years.
I also successfully use these same tools in my work with adults, helping teams communicate better, understand each other, and find solutions together.

Hi, I'm Grzegorz "Gregor" Gorczyński
A turning point in my journey was participating in the LEGO Masters Norge program. It was there that I discovered my need to share my passion with others and saw how universal the language of bricks is.
Gregorsky BrickWorld was created out of this need. I am a certified LEGO Serious Play trainer, which allows me to use bricks as a tool for development, education, and business.
